Metal-Chek VP-30 Visible Liquid Penetrant

With Metal-Chek Visible Liquid Penetrating VP-30 water washable, it is possible to detect surface discontinuities such as cracks, kinks, etc. in solid and non-porous materials. It is also indicated for tightness tests.

After prior cleaning with Metal-Chek remover E-59, Metal-Chek visible penetrating liquid VP-30 can be applied by brush, gun, spray or immersion, and has penetrating power in extremely small areas.

After its removal, the Metal-Chek D-70 developer should be used, which will show the exact locations for detecting surface cracks and discontinuities.
