Spectroline 365 EH/F

The first model chosen is the UV-365EH from the Spectroline 365 series, which stands out as one of the best portable and compact options for fluorescent inspections, especially in harsh environments, due to its lightness and quality, from the body of the material to its technical parameters.

Advanced Resistance and Protection

With an index of IP-65 protectionThe Spectroline 365 EH is completely dustproof and water-resistant, ideal for use in industrial environments and harsh conditions. The body of the light is insulated, and the cooling system is made by heat sink without the need for active ventilation, ensuring greater protection for the internal parts of the equipment.

Ease of use

As well as being extremely reliable and easy to operate, the Spectroline 365 EH has three operating modes: off, white light and uv light. Its lightweight design, weighing just 710 grams, allows for agile and comfortable operation, without compromising inspection quality.

High-precision UV LEDs

Equipped with multiple high-intensity UV-A LEDs, this model offers a bright, uniform UV-A beam, making it easy to precisely locate fluorescent restrictions.

Functionality is enhanced by the three-way switch mounted on the handle, which allows quick and intuitive control of the lighting, as well as an additional adjustable white light LED to improve visualization in areas.

Spectroline 365 HC/FBR

With this luminaire, you can easily identify hidden leaks, cracks, flaws, stains and other problems with the UV-A LED lamp kit from the Spectroline 365 HC series. This portable inspection lamp is powerful enough to inspect the most demanding areas with its 120 W high-intensity UV-A light source. The portable, durable and ergonomic design allows you to use this product with ease.

Advanced Resistance and Protection

 These light but robust lamps are rated IP65 - are dustproof and water resistant. Using a state-of-the-art heatsink design, the Spectroline 365 series is mechanically cooled without the need for a fan.

High-precision UV LEDs

Easily find hidden leaks, cracks, flaws, stains and other problems with the Spectroline 365 series UV-A LED lamp kit. This portable inspection lamp is powerful enough to inspect the most demanding areas with its 120 W high-intensity UV-A light source.

As well as three powerful UV-A (365 nm) LEDs, it has a convenient white light LED for illuminating work areas. The compatible versions have built-in microprocessors to keep the lamps within specification.

With a wide beam angle of 40 degrees, plus three user-controllable colors (blue, green or white), you'll never miss a fluorescent indication when inspecting your products, parts, workplace or installation.

• O modelo 365 HC possui a certificação da ASTM E3022:

Calma que a gente te explica o que é isso – A E3022, é uma norma que estabelece requisitos e práticas para a medição de características de emissão e para luminárias LED UV-A utilizadas em ensaios de penetração fluorescente e de partículas magnéticas.  A norma exige que as luminárias LED UV-A tenham filtros UV-A, pois estes reduzem o brilho e aumentam o contraste das indicações fluorescentes. Isso torna a inspeção fluorescente mais rápida, fácil e confiável. 

Esse requisito de certificação pode ser precursor no momento de escolha da compra desse modelo.

• Enquanto que o modelo 365 EH, atende a ISO 3059: sendo uma norma da Organização Internacional de Normatização, que estabelece as condições de visualização para testes de penetração e de partículas magnéticas. Destinada a ser usada quando o olho humano é o principal meio de detecção. Então estabelece que deve-se evitar que a luz atinja diretamente ou indiretamente os olhos do inspetor entre outros pontos.
